WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
- We are located in the United States. Most items ship from US. However, we do have some items that ship directly from China which may cause longer shipping times up to 30 days but this is rare. Times may change based on the courier used and any courier delays.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
- No. Body By J’ne is currently an online store only.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
- There are no modifications or changes to orders once made so please make sure that you enter your order details in correctly the first time to avoid cancellation.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase excluding holidays and weekends.
- For overseas items, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.
I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
- Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. We DO NOT offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit for an item of equal or lesser value.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
- An item you ordered might be sold out or suddenly become out of stock and is no longer available.These cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY
